I manage the meeting for group projects out of class. However it has some problems that it is difficult to make an appointment with each other, but it has not only negative point. I think talking directly make us to change and decide our opinions easily.

1. The fact he abolished the heavy difficulties to be a Christian is also important for Paul' s successfully spreading the Chrtistian message. However, the most effective elements or factors critiacal to that is his wandering around the biggest communities of his era.

2. I think the case like Christianty can happpen again because social network such as Internet, TV, are developping in this era. Therefore, we can convey or get message and information easily.

3. The new kinds of maps have been made of our interconnectivity are maps of Internet, maps of companies connected by trade or ownership, maps of interactions between species in ecosystems, maps of genes working together in a cell, and so on. And I would like to see map sports and the friendship between contries. Even this time, we can see the opposition between countries in sports game.

4. The real surprise is that the complex stracture of networks surrounding us are based on the simple and common principles. And personally, it is not surprising for me.

5. The author define the nature of moat scientific research in the twentieth century to comprehend the factors or components of something before learn the whole. However, it is difficult to understand the whole because the components can fit in so many different ways.

6. Barabasi predicts that the networks will be the new focus of scientific research in future because networks will dominate the new century. I agree with his prediction. I think Internet will be used by much more people than now and also the connections between people will increase.

I often wrote and told others what I can do and what I know before I begin this course. And sometimes, I showed others what I actually do something.

1. Do you need an e-portfolio? Please watch this presentation (24/31). In your own words, briefly explain what you understand an e-portfolio is.

I think e-portfolio is very useful devise to explain our ideas and show others what we think, creat, imagine, experience, and so on. For example, if we use it, we can get others' comments for our ideas, and we can have more confidence ourselves or improve the ideas. Of course, it also have an roll to make our ideas and get it sharp. In this point, I really want to learn and use it.

2. What content may you want to add to your e-portfolio? Think about content that will tell important things about what you know and what you can do, that you would like others to learn about you. Please make a list of your ideas.

B. my hobby
C. my activities at university
D. my knowledge and skills

3. What do see as some of the main advantages or disadvantages in having an e-portfolio in addition to (or in place of) a traditional resume? To inform your answer, please compare and contrast the resumes below to some of the e-portfolios.

I think the advantage in having e-portfolio is sharing and changing information easily, sometimes with using videos and pictures etc, and easy to show about ourselves and what we know and what we can do. On the other hand, the disadvantage is that the information uploaded in someone's e-portfolio is may not absolutly credible. Further, only the people who are good at use computer and internet to some extent can use e-portfolio fully and show what they want.

We acctually don't need special, but the skiils to manage computer is at least required.

2. What are the affordances of your e-Portfolio (what does it make possible, what does it impede)?
It can make me to review and confirm what I learn and my ideas easily. Further, I can show others what I thought and what I did and get others' opinions and comments.

3. How can your e-Portfolio be used to network professionally and connect you (& other students) to learning resources?
I can serch the difinition and pronounciation of words which I didn't know easily with using add-ons.

4. What skills and understandings have you learned from creating your e-Portfolio that may promote your development as an effective learner in the digital age?
I couldn't manage computer well before, but now, I can do just rough work with learning from creating my e-Portfolio. And then, I understood what e-portfolio is. Further, I learned what, why, and how do I show others what I know, learned, thought, and can do.

Explain

I found and learn about two Add-ons, Pronounce and Inline Google Definition. If you saw the words which you don't know the definitions and how to pronounce, you could find its pronunciations and definitions with using these add-ons. You can use it to drag unknown words and select "Pronounce" or "Inline Definitions".

1 Social Software

I'm familiar with only Youtube in the picture and I always use and watch some videos. I think that Social Software is constructed by various things which are posted by general people such as videos, pictures, music, poems, and other ideas. In other words, Social Software enable every people to partcipate in it, create own page, post some things by themselves, and watch others' pages.

2 Social Network

I think Social Network is a part of Social Software. In my opinion, the main purpose to use Social Software is that making connection between others and communicating each other. Social Networks can give people an oppotunity to be familiar with others.

Do

I never thought about Social Software and Social Network. However, after I watched videos in class, even it are not enough information, I think that there are positive and negative aspects. It is very useful to exchange information and be familiar with others but, possively some information is not good, and it is dangerous situation that people can make friends easily even though they don't know his or her face.
